We begin by finding out what specific problems the patient is most concerned about. We then evaluate the type, severity and configuration of their hearing loss, ask many questions about their lifestyle to evaluate the need for any specific functionality, and discuss any cosmetic concerns. Only then are we able to make an appropriate recommendation. Not any unnecessary bells or whistles, only what is going to make them hear the best that they can in the situations that are most important.
Second, we offer a variety of payment options. We understand that people arrange their finances differently. While some people prefer to pay cash, others would like to pay with a credit card. Other folks find it more convenient to pay the hearing aids off over time. For those people we have payment options through nationally known lenders. Patients can choose payment plans that extend out to 3 years, some of which are interest free. For most, we can find out if you qualify during your appointment.
Third: we do complimentary insurance checks. When you call or come in, we can get your insurance information from you and have our specialist give that company a call and see what benefits are available to you. Then, during your appointment, the provider will go over any benefits that you do have eliminating the guesswork of what your insurance may or may not cover.
